Hi to all of you camping on Drake.
Just a quick reminder, please can you get your equipment requirements to us as soon as possible so that we can start to hunt it all out. Also, if you've not done so yet, please can you let us know the tentage that you are bringing with you and the sizes of it please. Space is at a premium and we want to make sure that we have room for you all.

Dear Gwynn,
We are planning to take one Patrol tent for the Scouts and the Marquee as well as one store tent and three Leaders tents. We are quite happy to be on one of the sites around the main area if that makes things easier. For the explorers they are taking one two man tent and one Patrol tent as well as one Leader tent.
Any problems let me know,

1st Erith will be bring 2 9 man tents, 2 2 man tents for explorers, 1 marquee and 1 leaders tent
